Damanged Item
I received a damaged bag with no tags attached, no dust bag, and all of the zippers open. It arrived stuffed with one piece of paper and in a plastic bag with a corner where the leather was scuffed and peeling off. I also live overseas on a military installation and now cannot return unless I pay for shipping because there is no UPS, Bloomingdale's or Macy's where I am located. The absolute worst customer service.
