Very disappointing experience

I ordered this to surprise my wife... The order was delayed, and when it finally arrived it was the wrong item. On the website they listed the Black/Silver and show the pictures of the plain Black, and the plain Black shows the pictures of the Black/Silver. So I had to return it and order once again. Needles to say, my wife still does not have her surprise. Very disappointed!

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS BAG!

Ive been keeping my eye on this bag and as soon as it went on sale Bloomingdale’s had an extra 30 percent off. I am in love with the size of this bag the leather, color and brass chain. i was a little surprised by the quality of the chain. The bag holds my phone, small wallet, keys lipstick and a small perfume bottle. I am glad I finally broke down and treated myself. Buy this bag, you will not regret it!
