Returned in August and still no refund
I'm very disappointed and surprised with bloomingdales. I'd never thought the return process would be so complicated. I've called many times and I still do not have my refund from this bag that I returned immediately after receiving it. Bloomingdales you need to do better
Beautiful structured bag, but a bit heavy
Lovely leather, high quality. A bit on the heavier side due to the front and back reinforcements, but well designed. Holds my surface laptop, phones, etc. but is structured and on the slimmer side, so has limited capacity vs nylon options.

Unexpected winner
