Great boots

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved these boots since I saw them. They are comfortable and you can wear with to dress up or to dress for comfort. The color is so beautiful. I bought them at a store in the woodlands and unfortunately the top of the box was broken, that is my only complaint with the hole experience - but I still love the shoes :)

Poor shipping service from Bloomingdale’s

Love the boots but very disappointed in Bloomingdale’s service. They shipped me two different sizes and the shoe box was all torn up. Clearly not much quality control in their shipping department!
