disappointment

i ordered this item as a brand new gift for someone, expecting it to be in pristine condition. However, i was extremely disappointed to receive and Open-box product instead. The packaging was not sealed, and it was clear that the item had been previously handled or returned. if i wanted and open-box or used item, i would have chosen that option but specifically paid for brand new product. This was meant to be a gift, and now it feels awkward to give something that doesn't look truly new.
