Space in the case

Half of the suitcase is hard molding limiting the amount of clothing that can be put in case. Not happy with the suitcase

Quality is great, useable space is limited.

The addition of the outside pocket and the space the wheels and telescoping handle limited the packable space. Appropiate for an overnight or weekend. Didn’t seem adequate for 3-4 days. Otherwise the craftsmanship, maneuverability is excellent

Defective out of the box

Platinum elite carry on business plus hard side spinner was purchased as part of a text promotion offered by Travelpro. The order was processed quickly and the item received ahead of schedule and initially out of the box, it looks like a great product. However, after checking all pockets/zippers for proper operation out of the bag, we discovered the top flap pocket zippers are both binding and not operating properly. We were barely able to zip them both open, but have been unable to re-zip to close the bag. They are too tight on the compound curve portion and afraid that any further effort or force placed on the zipper will damage/break it. A warranty replacement submission was provided along with photos, but more detail was requested by Travelpro warranty personnel, which other than a video is not available, they have numerous photos that we provided. . Travelpro has all we can provide short of a video which they cannot accept, we are told. Still waiting on a response to our second reply first of this week. Disappointed with the delay in response to a claim for a brand new piece of luggage.
