Not a fan nor worth the price

Compared to other carryon bags I’ve had, this one doesn’t hold much. It scratches easily and has visible damage throughout afree only a few trips where it dat in the overhead bin. As other reviewers noted, the handles are tight and there’s no handle on the bottom to help hoist overhead. For these reasons I can’t recommend.

Jealousy got me to buy it

Love the size. It's heavier than the regular Platinum Elite (not compact), which is counter intuitive. But it holds all I needed for 2 weeks in Japan

Took this suitcase on one trip and the zipper split before I could board the plane. Will see about an exchange or a refund.....

Rolls nice

Used it one trip so far. Smooth wheels, terrible usb port design. Access is difficult and it’s USB A only. So the port on the outside that’s usb c is just an adapter. In short, it needs a redesign to account for tech advances

Better than Tumi

Great but…

First time using bag. So far it feels great - but I wish there was a better design for the handle - one that doesn’t take up so much room from inside storage.

Incredibly smooth and light

Impressed by how smoothly this maneuvers and stays upright no matter how full. I even hung a light weight travel car seat on it to roll through the airport (not with a child in it), and it stayed upright and moved smoothly. (Forgot a photo in the airport but included photo is of our prep at home).

Beautiful, sturdy luggage

I bought the compact spinner and had plenty of room for my 4-night trip. I flew United and didn't have any issues having this as a carry-on. The wheels are much better than another name brand and the zippers inside were smooth. I like how the organization inserts open outward instead of inward.
