Worth the hype!
I love my new backpack, and it matches my Platinum Elite Carry-On Hardside Spinner beautifully!

Elegant and compact. Just missing one thing.
I love the design of this backpack, with its flat silhouette. I plan to carry it on a trip to Italy and treat it almost like a purse - room for water, docs, impulse purchases and iPad. However, I’m going to hack the computer storage sleeve. I’ve noticed when I set the bag down when my MacBook Air is in it, it “clunks” as if there’s no padding in the bottom of the pocket. I’m going to line it with a strip of cushy foam. I also need to get used to the various compartments and develop a system for what goes where. This will replace most of my use for the AWAY luggage carryall. I don’t like the clunky vegan leather handles on the Away version, which are always flopping in my way when I’m digging in the bag. This one has great style, materials and design. I’ve already had multiple compliments after the first trip.

The perfect under-seat backpack!
This seat fits perfectly under every seat that I’ve used on Delta’s planes. Just took a flight on a 321neo and it even fits in the thin space under the first class seats. This bag is so versatile, and it’s definitely worth the price for fashion and functionality! This bag replaced my old carryon under-seat bag and still fits everything I need and more!

This backpack has worked well
This backpack has worked well for me as my “personal item” when flying as well as when on day excursions while on tours and other walk-about. The outside pockets for water bottles, umbrellas, etc. are well designed with a zipper that allows for expansion to a couple different sizes. Also, the interior pockets and sipped enclosures are of sizes that I found useful.

Quality Durability Performance

Good for petite women and holds two laptops
I’m a petite 5’2” and wanted a smaller scale pack that does a four things: is lightweight but still durable, has room for two laptops and cables/mice, doesn’t overwhelm my smaller frame, and can carry my leather hand bag in the main compartment. This does three out of four well. Negatives: the internal compartment is separated by a nylon gusset which is designed to hold things inside when the back is fully open. But this gusset makes it challenging to put my handbag into the backpack. I can get it to fit, but it takes a little patience to put it into the gusseted pocket. I could have purchased the next size up to the business pack but it would have been too big for me. The other negative is the lack of a chest strap. When I’m carrying two laptops (or anything else heavy), the strap would help with weight distribution.
