What a an inconvience

I cannot open the pomade pencil. It will to budge.I will have to go to Bloomingdale's in ONE WEEK WHEN I CAN GET THERE to the cosmetics counter and get someone there to open it or to exchange it What an inconvenience. Tell ms. McAvo to loosen up. I have not tried the others yet. Am Inow going to have to buy a SAW to open these product???
