Scratches easily

The first trip it scratch up and was very disappointing. If you buy this get a cover.

Buyer beware

Lasted a bit over 2 years. Frame was slightly bent and we were offered half the original cost toward replacing it through the warranty. Had I known it would last 2 years, I wouldn’t have purchased it. Think carefully about this one.

Mother's Day gift was a hit!

I bought this suitcase as a Mother's Day gift for my wife. She travels a lot and has a Tumi carry on suitcase that she just loves. This case is amazing and she uses it for all of her business trips now. We bought the protective cover for it to preserve the nice look for as long as we can. My wife raves about the great wheels and ease of transport. It was a great investment.

i wish the zipper pockets would be opposite direction so you can pack both sides at once.

Not well made and horrible warranty .

Broke after a year, it was probably dropped on the top handle and it caused the frame of the suitcase to bend so that the suitcase doesnt close fully. This is not a covered repair after 1 year warranty, the only option is a 50% value credit at tumi.

I expected better

Love the bag for its appearance and size. It’s great to pack for 2 of us, or for one of us for a longer stay. My issues are with its durability. Got dents immediately, which was not too big of a deal. 3 trips in and one of the wheel wells was completely smashed. It’s like the aluminum just folded around the plastic wheel well and the wheel only rolls in one direction. The spinning and mobility of the case has been lost. I understand airlines are tough on bags, but I would have expected better from a bag of this caliber.
