Get better colors please
I love these kits but PLEASE get additional/better colors. Tumi used to offer a better variety and it has been many years since we have seen anything besides these colors to choose from. I would love to see a fuchsia option.

Its nice however i dont see the value in it, very expensive. The zipper accents are diffcult to apply. Overall not worth it.

Zipper Pulls are Garbage
The good: these really make your bag pop. Considering the price of the Tumi Alpha line, it’s a little disappointing that at the end of the day, it’s just a black suitcase appearance-wise. My tan personalization looks amazing and dresses up my bag immensely, plus makes it instantly recognizable from a distance coming down the carousel. The bad: the zipper pulls are a joke. Just looking at them in the photos, it’s obvious they have no chance of staying on. They need to flare out on the “pull” end to make sure they won’t come right back out of the holes. I knew it when I bought them; the clerk in the store reassured me everything would be fine. I nodded and let her convince me of what I wanted to hope I could believe. Well, I’m about one year and four trips in with my bag, and not one single pull remains. Not one. Not to mention that being so skinny, they hardly offer any assistance in operating the zippers. So they’re useless, plus they’re gone, and I don’t really know how to replace them because I’d be stupid to buy another whole expensive set just to get more pulls to sprinkle around baggage holds and conveyor belts around the globe. And I’d like to have some pulls because they are convenient and the alpha zippers are a little bit awkward what with the integrated locking mechanism, but I can’t match the leather and to go in a different direction would ruin the look that is the good thing this set has going for it. I am tempted to take my scissors to the otherwise useless bag this set comes with. I could easily cut a more sensibly-shaped tag, and probably secure it with a stitch or two to be safe. Tumi - you make a really nice, expensive, generally well thought out product. But I don’t know who was on vacation when you designed these pulls. You take a premium expensive product and make it a really frustrating fail. I can’t give it one star since it does look so great, but buyer beware. Buy this as though the pulls don’t come with it, because they won’t be there for long.
