Scratches SO easily!

Scratches SO easily. I have only used it twice and it looks like it is 10 years old. I have had many other Tumi suitcases that are super durable, but this one is completely inconsistent with the qualilty of the others.

Wish I could return it.

I want to love this suitcase but for starters, I could pack fairly light and it will always be overweight becasue the back starts off at over 13 pounds. Secondly, I have only used it 2-3 times and the Brown stitching where the sides come together is already coming undone. For the price tag on this thing, I would expect the quality to be better. It honestly just does not feel as durable as it should. Wish I could return it.

Best suitcase.

Five stars if it was vegan. And the straps inside need to be more durable.

Traveling in Style with Tumi

I made this purchase after finally deciding I needed to update my black ballistic nylon Tumi luggage from 24 years ago. Functionally it still served its purpose but it was tired looking and I wanted to try some hard-shell luggage. I went with two carbon-fiber-look Tegris pieces in a graphite color and they did not disappoint. I've only used the carryon but am very happy with it. It fits nicely in normal overhead storage compartments -- but not the little commuter jets. It wheels nicely and true -- no old shopping cart casters on these pieces that wobble back and forth. The interior is very nice with a few additional zipped storage pockets and the outside shell material appears to be scratch-proof so it should look good for a while. I'm very happy with my choice and would do it again.

Frequent traveler with long stay.

Didn’t like color but big enough for the purpose. Wished it had a small pocket outside to put something’s I need.

The bag tags/stickers that the airlines put on the the bag did not come off. When we removed them, they left a ton of sticky adhesive behind. Not quality material.

Awesome but heavy

I love the style and top-notch design/quality of this bag. The only downside is how heavy it is once you put your things in it.

Excellent piece

Built quality is excellent Roomy interior. Also interior is well done Easy to carry around the airport The blue color is easy to spot on the carrusel No mayor scratches yet ( traveled domestically ) Wished grab handle os on both sides. Wished both interior sides have full closure lids like other brands ( travelpro )
