This hat runs big, even though it's a small/medium...the quality of the hat is nice. I will keep it because I can pull it down and wear it with my hair pulled up. Their return process to a MILITARY APO IS a total nightmare in my opinion. I'm forced to keep this. Item. ATTN: Returns for APO/AE Military Addresses I want to warn anyone ordering from UGG who lives at an APO or AE address: you cannot print a return label, and the return process has been an absolute nightmare. When you try to start a return online, a generic red message appears saying, "Return in two hours, we are undergoing maintenance." After calling UGG, I learned this is completely misleading—they haven't updated anything on their site. I kept checking every two hours because of the time difference, only to find out by phone that the message isn't accurate. I spent hundreds—and ultimately over $3,000—only for UGG to tell me they would send me a blank form to fill out. The form doesn't even ask whether you're returning or exchanging, unlike the online system. I had to type most of the information myself, and nowhere on the form does it ask if this is an exchange, a refund, or how you want your money returned. UGG will gladly take our money as service members, but they do not allow online returns for military addresses. On top of that, we have to pay to ship items back, because they claim they no longer provide return labels. When I asked how they scan returns into their warehouse, they said they don't—they just use whatever information we write on the form. And lastly, why show a generic red message claiming the system is "undergoing maintenance" instead of being honest and stating, "Call us—we no longer accept returns by allowing you to print a scannable label for tracking"? I waited on hold for 45 minutes only to be told the online system was not accurate. My guess is they're happy to take the purchase, but not the item back if it's oversized, used, damaged, or otherwise inconvenient for them.

It's faux shearling.
I thought it was real shearling just thin . But it's faux. Very disappointed. It's also very floppy. No stabilizer so the rim can't be flipped up out your eyes. I kept it but haven't worn it. Only buy if you don't want real shearling.

This is too cute
10/10 cutest hat ever I've only ever liked 4 hats in my life however after reading reviews & carefully looking at the modeling pic, the sizing is throwing me off and preventing me from buying wish it was smaller

I bought a small hat and it's too big. I'm very sad because I really like the hat so I have to find a way to tighten it

my opinion
The hat has its flaws I know that it’s not directly from the good standards of UGGs products The reason for me saying this it’s not like it came directly from UGG itself there are first second and third grade items that UGGs do.

Love the fit & style !
I absolutely love it ! The fit is perfect! Got them in S/M size and in black color as is the only color available, in priced offered!. Wish the Tan color was also available. Although the description is misleading. I thought it was reversible to wear, it’s just meant satin on THE reverse Side. It’s still good, & very fluffy fabric materials and will definitely keep you warm.
