Beautiful blue.

I bought the kids version. I'm a size 7 in women's, and I bought a 6 in kids. They are big enough to wear thick socks!

My grandkids love these boots

I buy these for my grandkids every year and they wear holes through them by the end of the season. They love how warm they are and the ease of putting on. It's their favorite shoe ever. Perfect for little feet and kids who hate to wear socks.

Natural materials absorb color differently, but if this isn't quite the look you were going for, we have you covered. Initiate a return here: bit.ly/UGGEXRT and explore alternatives in a snap.

Granddaughter’s First UGG

Based on my daughter-in-law’s response, my 2.5 year old granddaughter loves her UGG, especially the color but she told her mom that they’re too big 😀. I got her a 9T so that she can grow into them.

Quality has gone down hill

I've been getting uggs for over 15 years now and the quality has gone downhill the last couple of years. Not worth the price point at all anymore, only reason people buy these is because of the name.

First negative review i've written

I was really excited to buy these boots and loved them at first. However, after only a few weeks of light wear, noticeable creasing started to appear. I take good care of my shoes and only wore these about once a week during the winter season (being careful of rain, snow, and heavy walking days). What surprised me even more is that my friend's $50 off-brand boots held up better than my genuine UGGs. Within a week, the interior heel fluff flattened completely, and the boots started feeling loose and uncomfortable, as if they had stretched out. Then came the sudden creases and as of recent there are strings comming off and tears in the front of the boot and I haven't seen this happen to anyone else even though some have had their boots for years before mine. I submitted a warranty claim, but it was denied and labeled as "natural wear and tear," even though the boots are less than a year old and barely worn. For the price, I expected better durability and support. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed in both the quality and the warranty experience

We see your point of view and to receive this message would certainly be upsetting when sending in your pair to be evaluated. Due to many different factors such as terrain, frequency of wear and natural elements, some pairs may wear quicker than others. Although we do cover manufacturing and material defects, normal wear and tear is not covered under our warranty. Not the quality I expected

When I was younger my Uggs would make it through everything. But I recently purchased these Ugg ultra minis and not only did every "Ugg trip" destroy the front of my Uggs but they are wore down already in the inside and it hasn't even been a year. I also sized down because I knew the insides would ware down after awhile but they came in too big so now they are two sizes too big. Honestly it kills me to say it but Uggs is not what it used to be and I think barepaw would have lasted me longer than the 3 months of wear that these Uggs have so far.

We don't want you to question the quality of your pair and are concerned to learn about your experience. We do offer a one-year warranty that covers defective materials and craftsmanship with every purchase. If you feel there is a defect, we recommend sending them in with your original proof of purchase for an evaluation to be done by our warranty department.
