Wonderful

Always a keeper! Fur does disappear under heal during first year. Has always done this. I keep ordering new ones every few years because comfort and versatility are amazing!

2 months and they have bare patches already

Loved these when I first got them. I have been wearing them for two months only in the evening. Both slippers have lost my the sheepskin inside so there are hard bare patches. Poor quality especially for this price.

Best Slipper

Favorite pair of slippers since 9th grade. Quality is a little different from the Ugg’s in 2008 but still love them all the same.

Never arrived and customer service won’t help

I ordered these shoes Jan 3, and it’s now Jan 15 and they still haven’t arrived. I’ve called in twice for help and both people I spoke with were unwilling to help or advise where the package is or when it will arrive even though it’s been now 9 business days. Really upset about this, and wish anyone would help.
