No tags; Giant Hole within days
First off, I received this coat without tags (??) which I thought was weird but ultimately decided I didn't care, because I LOVED it and knew I would be keeping it. I probably should have looked more closely at the quality around the seams, etc, but obviously it's big and fluffy and that's hard to do. But today, I noticed a GIANT hole in the seam of one shoulder. I have had this coat for maybe a week and worn it a handful of times, not nearly enough to warrant a huge hole. I try to be super careful with my clothing and have had coats like this that last for many years with no sign of wear, so the quality on this is clearly very low. Nowhere near the price point, I don't think it's even worth half! Like Old Navy doesn't even fall apart this fast. Bloomingdale's customer service was not helpful at all especially since the item has no tags, but like I said, it came that way and I didn't think to document because I knew I'd keep it. Document everything, ladies! So so disappointed in Bloomingdale's and Varley!

Very warm and cozy and such a stunning rich brown color. It definitely runs oversized but it works for the style of this coat.

Soft, lightweight, wish there was a petite option since the sleeves are still a little long. Size down!

Great warmth
I really want to love this coat, but I just can’t decide if it’s a keeper. It’s very bulky (and not so flattering) but so warm it may be worth it just to have during the winter to throw on. I dozed down to a XS to see if that fit better, but the cinched tie at the waste was broken so it was hard to tell if it would work…
