The cover unzips for easy removal and has a polyester and cotton box quilted insert filled with polystyrene pellets to generate the weight of the blanket. For best results, choose a blanket approximately 10% of your body weight.

Poorly made

1 week old zipper broke measurements are way off more like 4'X6'

Great blanket!

Got one for my husband and one for my daughter. They both find it very cozy, relaxing and calming. They love their blankets and 12#’s seemed to be the perfect weight for them and thought that any heavier might be too much. The blankets are warm so will probably not use them as often in warm weather unless cooling is on.
