Strap too loose

I wear a size 11; but have a narrow foot and ankle. While the shoe fit nicely, the ankle strap was too big and loose around my ankle. It did not have enough holes to close it closer to my ankle, therefore was unstable to walk on. Sad because it’s a beautiful shoe and the perfect heel height for work. Had to send them back.
