Numbers are grey instead of white

Absolutley suave and stunning watch! Love the gold accents with navy blue on the inside and rim. However, the watch I received has grey printed numbers and the name Versace all in grey..you can barely see it...I think its just a defect and so, I'm waiting for a new one in the mail as an exchange. I'm giving this watch to my husband for our 20th wedding anniversary.
