I received a pink robe that was hard in spots due to something being wasted on it. It had a large white spot on it as well. It seemed worn and I am highly disappointed. I won’t buy anymore designer from Bloomingdale’s.

Dissatisfied in Bloomingdale’s not Versace
I bought this as a gift for my best friend‘s birthday. Let’s start with the packaging. The Versace black box came inside a regular shipping box. The Versace box was so beat up and had all kind of tape on the corners in the most tackiest way. Even when the box was open the tissue paper none of it looked luxurious. if I pay $600 for a role, I expect the packaging to be luxury. I was very disappointed and embarrassed to give it to my friend in that condition, but I didn’t have a choice. Then on top of that, the tie for the role did not come with the robe so I had to return it in store which they did not have that particular color size. So I ended up returning my friend’s gift with nothing to give her in exchange. Bloomingdale’s please do better. I honestly feel like you owe me some kind of gift card or something for my troubles.
