Nice but had to return

Very nice hair accessory. Unfortunately, I had to return the item because it arrived to me as a used item. Someone wore this on their hair and returned it to the store. Very disgusting and disappointing. You can smell the person’s hair on the Scrunchie. Also, for the price of this item, the packaging was very tacky. I did not get the luxury shopping experience with this item. Bloomingdale’s needs to do better when accepting returns.
