Chips and scratches; very dissapointed

I registered for this collection for my wedding three years ago. Every piece has scratches and a couple pieces have chipped. The scratches and chips must be from dishwashing as I’ve never dropped any of the pieces and don’t use steak knives. For the price of each piece and made and Italy, I expect much better quality. Very dissapointed and wish I could return.

They are beautiful… but

They are beautiful when brand new, however, the minute you start using them, they scratch. I understand I can use barkeepers friend to remove the scratches, but, who wants to go through the extra effort?? They are not so outstanding Just purchase plates that don’t scratch.
