Incanto dinner plate review

They are beautiful dishes,until you use them. I used them one time with just a fork & after I washed them,they had permanent gray lines where the fork touched the plate. I have never experienced this with any dishes from any manufacturer . I’m very,very disappointed . I don’t know what to do with the dishes now.
