High Quality but Runs Small

First purchase of brand. I’m 11.5 shoe and ordered an 11 bc they don’t make half sizes. Leather and craft quality is definitely there and very high quality. They are snug but ok and feels like they’ll relax a bit and be comfortable in the long run.
