Great in theory but terrible in practice

A few months into using this product, it started acquiring a mildew smell. I can’t get it out. Even tried a vinegar rinse. I’m annoyed I wasted my money and had to return to my original brand of towel that I had for years and never had this issue. I am throwing this one away—it’s that bad.

Fluffy Big Towels

These towels are huge and very fluffy I like that they take most of the moisture out of my hair so I can dry it faster.

Works better than expected

Many of the reviews for this towel are worded very similarly, making me wonder if they were bots or incentivized reviews for hype—but this towels works surprisingly well! I actually really like this product. It’s not bulky and the material is quite thin (also has tiny holes for breathability). I don’t have a lot of time to dry my hair after aquafit at the pool, so I plan to use it as an “absorbent hat” during the brutal winter months on the drive home from the aquatic center. Works well on my shoulder-length hair. I just wish this were offered in 100% cotton as I’m trying to reduce microplastic shedding in my home/the environment.
