Certainly not as expected
I purchased six of these wine glasses off of a wedding registry for a friend‘s daughter. It never gave me an opportunity to use any discounts, I have through Macy’s and loyalty points through Bloomingdale’s. Also each set of glasses was gift wrapped separately and shipping was to my house, not to the bride and grooms house. I do not have their address. I thought that registries work that things would be shipped right to, the couple

The Waterford red wine glasses that I purchased for my niece and her fiancé are simple, but at the same time elegant and they are absolutely perfect for a young professional couple who both love to cook and entertain!! The sales associate (Barbara Haberman) who assisted me with my purchase, was lovely! She took her time with us, (I was shopping with my sister) she made sure that we got to see absolutely everything we expressed an interest in, even after I had made my purchase. She is without a doubt, the nicest and most helpful wedding registry consultant that I have ever had the pleasure of working with!! Unfortunately, it’s been my experience that fmost wedding registry associates are snobby and they act as though you are bothering them! It was even true when I was the bride, and my fiancé and I were trying to make our selections!! I would imagine Barbara’s sales numbers are always quite high!! She is so successful at what she does that while she was helping the mother of the bride look for her gift, (my sister) ł got excited and started looking at additional items to purchase for both the bride and groom, as well as myself! I liked Barbara so much that I wanted her to get credit for the sale. However, I wasn’t prepared to make the purchase at that moment because I wanted to get my husband’s opinion first! Barbara found out that the items I was interested in were on sale and we worked it out so that I would be able to order everything from her and still take advantage of the sale and the special promotion being offered by her store. I have worked in retail sales my whole adult life and I know what it takes to be a good sales associate! Barbara possesses everything necessary to be a good sales associate, but it’s her exceptional customer service skills that really set her apart and help make her one of the best of the best!! It’s refreshing to find someone who loves what she does and doesn’t have the attitude that this would be a good job if it weren’t for the customers!?! It’s also rare these days to find someone who not only likes taking care of her clients, but is willing to go the extra mile to meet her clients’ needs whenever necessary! In my opinion Ms Haberman is a wonderful asset to your company and is someone you are lucky to have on your staff!!
