Really cute but runs really large

I usually wear a 12 - sometimes a 10 in a flowier dress. I bought both sizes and had to return for an 8. I am a 34 DDD and it was still much too large in the chest area. The pattern is super cute and the color is great so looking forward to see how the 8 fits.
