disappointing

I normally love Whistles clothing, so I hate to leave a bad review but this dress is horrible. The material is rough and scratchy and when I washed it for the first time in freezing cold water the top layer shrank 4" above the lining. Alas, I didn't even get to wear this dress and now can't return it.
