My favorite, all-use knife!
My new favorite knife in the kitchen. I had assumed I'd switch between this one and my 8" grand prix 2 and 10" cutco, both gifted years ago, but this 6" classic ikon feels and cuts the best by far! I love how unobtrusive it is for cutting in small spaces, yet still long enough to be perfectly efficient. I heard that hand size matters, so for reference I am a petite woman with average-small hands (small-medium gloves fit well, usually I size up to medium). The weight dispersion and handle feel so natural- I didn't think the grand prix could be improved but this is WOW. I may never reach for my previous favorite knife again.

Love my new white 6" chef's knife
Wusthof is a fabulous company to work with. I had a 10 yr old knife with the handle starting to crack. I sent it back to them and they gave me a credit that was more than ample for me to buy an upgraded model. I love the white handle and the light weight. The 6" knife is so nimble and has become my workhorse. I only pull out the bigger one when I have to cut something large.

Classic Ikon
Wusthof makes great knives period. I bought it to replace one exactly like it that the tip broke off. No fault of Wusthof’s, my daughter used it as an ice pick. 😳 What the heck!! P. S. , they are NOT ice picks!! I absolutely love all my Wusthof’s. I own 6, and all are excellent and hold an edge better than anything I’ve ever owned.

I am so impressed with your service and specifically Veronica . I was able to replace my favorite knife (my daughter bought it for me ) and I then proceeded to buy another knife and a set of steak knives. I could not be more impressed with your quality and service . I will be a repeat customer, my wife now wants her own !
