Best Purchase
I hate taking shower in winter because I don’t like feeling cold when I step out of the shower, when I saw the towel warmer I was very happy I decided I’m going to purchase 2 because I have 2 bathrooms in my apartment. It is one of the best purchase I have ever made. Thank You Bloomingdales.

Not worth it
Cheaply made

too many restrictions
Only one towel allowed; must be on a hard, flat surface and only heats dry towels. Not what a we wanted.

Nice but unreliable
I bought this a few weeks ago and while it's fabulous to have warm towels when I hop out of the shower, the warmer only works properly 70% of the time. I've read the instructions several times to make sure I'm not doing anything wrong but I'm still getting inconsistent results. I say, save your money and I'll chalk this up to a $170 mistake :(
