Excellent pan for braising, steaming, deep frying or even toasting spices. This pan is made from a 5-Ply construction which includes an aluminum layer. It has amazing heat conduction and retention. The fry pan has flatbase technology so pan won't ever warp when heated, even at high heats. It has a pouring edge for no-mess cooking and can be used on all cooking surfaces including induction. The double handles are extremely helpful when carrying a full pan to the dinner table. Oven and broiler safe up to 500F. And if it couldn't get any better it is also dishwasher safe.

AURORA 5-PLY Incredible fully clad stainless steel pan which will heat quickly and evenly and stay at an even temperature throughout the cook time. This is an ample size for Family stews, soups and pasta dishes. Excellent for braising,searing and stewing. Stove to oven to table magic! The flat base allows for easy stirring and turning of ingredients. Beautiful look and feel. I love that it works on my induction cook top.

great dutch oven

Great pot. Nice size for soups, pastas, sauces etc. Makes it really versatile. You can even use it in the oven for a large mac and cheese. The handles are large and easy to grasp. The thick core heats up evenly and performs beautifully!

Awesome to cook with and keep clean

My set is still fairly new and I haven’t used the frying pans yet. However, the pots I have used are absolutely great. Originally I bought the 10 pcs set and realized I needed this size dutch oven as well. I absolutely love cooking with it. It cooks much faster than my old pots. The lid fits so well that hardly any steam escapes and doesn’t create a mess. Love that the handles do not get hot. Cooking faster and with lower heat also saves me money. Oh, I also love the rim. It let’s me pour so much more controlled. These pots are easy to clean so far. All in all I have no regrets buying the entire set and this Dutch oven. All is so worth it’s money and I can recommend without hesitation to my family and friends. It’s also great they are made in Belgium not China !

Very well made. Sturdy. Lid fits great. Great in between size from a stock pot to a medium sauce pan.
