Handle cracked

I bought this less than two years ago and the plastic part cracked.

Kettle in White

The glass holds on to the condensation after the water boils. The bottom othe kettle has already started to warp with blue and grey stains at the base on the inside of the kettle.

Expensive, features are too simple for price

While the kettle has a nice industrial design, the software is lacking. There is no precise temperate control (the plus/minus buttons only do time control), there's no changing temperature without rebooting the kettle, and there is only one brightness level. Thankfully, the sound can be muted.

Elegant and Functional

It's a beautifully designed tea kettle, among other duties. It works well, as expected with German manufacturing. I highly recommend this product and I hope to have it for some years. (I'm old school)

Great kettle

Very happy with the kettle. It’s made of glass, heather water fast, has multiple target temperatures, you can boil water or make tea directly in the kettle by utilizing the tea infuser. It looks great, I’m extremely happy with my purchase.

Rust on bottom of kettle

I love Kettle but Rust came on bottom of it in one use leaving little water overnight.

Rust can sometimes occur if water is left in the kettle for an extended period. To remove the rust, you can try using a mixture of vinegar and water (about 1:1 ratio/50-50), bring it to a boil, and then rinse thoroughly. We also recommend emptying the kettle after each use and drying it thoroughly.
