Good toaster!
I love the look of this toaster and it’s very aesthetically pleasing. It has easy to use features like a defrost button and a bagel button. It’s toasts pretty evenly, too! My only complaint is it gets hot on the outside, which is not a feature found on other products that are part of this line like the kettle. Overall though this is a solid product.

Toasts Great but Black Finish is a Problem
The toast is wonderful, the toasting from frozen is great but I wish we had bought the stainless steel finish. We purchased the black finish and within the first month, the finish began to scrape off.Definitely recommend as a toaster, but buy the stainless steel one.

I ordered this toaster but never received it I reordered directly from Zwilling and received it the next day, this was to replace the one that was in our RV that was stolen and never recovered. I also like the kettle to heat water, great products,
