Nice toaster, plastic parts crack and break off

Just took my toaster off the shelf, the crumb tray fell out because the plastic part broke off in the heat!!! Buyer beware.

Great Toaster

We had a Breville and this toaster is far and away the better. It toasts bread/bagels perfectly. The only thing it does not do is signal when the toast is done. Nor do any of the symbols say what they are for -- bagels, toast, etc.

Toaster is very nice looking and so far works well. I do wish the knobs for choosing darkness settings were better. Not easy to read and feel flimsy compared to rest of toaster

So so.....

While it toasts ok, I was really hoping for one that would toast without drying out the bread. It just does not seem to be hot enough to toast without drying. I was fairly disappointed.
