Great knives!
I bought these knives for a gift, having been happy with mine for about ten years. With two sets, they were not just reserved for steaks in our house. These were the knives of choice at every meal, and saw heavy daily use by our very large family. They have remained sharp from the day we bought them until today, even though frequently washed in a dishwasher through the years. I have no complaints whatsoever, and recommend them highly.
