You’ll never need another knife
This knife is one of the best knife’s I’ve ever owned, highly recommend, the edge of the blade hold up very nicely and it will maintain its sharpness for a while, it’s very well balanced, it’s neither blade nor handle heavy, it’s very versatile, I use it at work for a lot of my prep work with many fruits or vegetables, and sometimes during service to cut certain meats or fish. And with the warranty that comes with the knife along side it’s durability, I have no worries about the knife being damaged. Overall I definitely recommend this knife for any professional cook or chef out there looking for that one good knife
